Russ
has over 14 years of Operations and Distribution Management experience. Prior to
joining World Investor Link, he worked for Bell Helmets where he
was responsible for bulk warehouse production. He then held a senior management position
for Horizon Hobby Distributors where he was responsible for
Distribution Management.
Since
1994, Russ has been the Head of Operations - North America,
responsible for our Call Center, Warehouse and Inventory
Control Departments. He has been an integral part of developing
and implementing quality performance policies, procedures, and
measurements.
