Hien Quan - Director of Systems Administration 

Hien started his career as a Design Engineer for Nokia R&D UK.  He moved to Motorola CGISS in 1996 as a Development Manager for the European Systems Integration Centre.  Subsequently promoted to Strategic Development Manager in 1998, he was responsible for information systems development, as well as process and tools design. 

Hien joined World Investor Link in the latter part of 1999 as Director of Systems Administration, Europe.  He is responsible for Information Systems and Communications.
