WILink announces that yesterday, Wednesday 14 December 2005, the Monument
Trust, in which Peter Wakeham, the Executive Chairman of the Company, has a
beneficial interest, sold 26,000 ordinary shares of 80p each ('Shares') in an
on market transaction at 300p each.

NCL Smith & Williamson acquired 26,000 Shares in an on market transaction at
300p each for the pension fund of Peter Wakeham.

Following this transaction Peter Wakeham's total beneficial holding is
unchanged at 1,622,970 Shares, which represents 18.68% of the Company's issued
share capital of 8,688,507 Shares.
