WILink plc ("WILink" or "the Company")

WILink announces that on 10 August 2005, two former employees of the Company exercised a total of 13,750 options over ordinary shares of 80p each in the Company ("Shares") under the WILink UK 2000 Approved Share Option Scheme at exercise prices between 160p and 227.2p per Share.

On the same date two former employees of the Company exercised a total of 4,322 options over Shares under the WILink UK 2000 Unapproved Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 227.2p per Share.

The Company's issued share capital is increased to 8,688,507 Shares by the above option exercises, and the weighted average number of shares for calculating earnings per share in accordance with FRS14 for 2005 is now expected to be 7,635,239.

Application has been made for 18,072 new Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in the new Shares are expected to commence on 16 August 2005.
