WILink plc ('the Company')

WILink plc (LSE:WLK) a worldwide provider of online investor relations services
and web-based communications solutions, announces that Lincoln Partners, a
Chicago based Investment Bank, has been appointed to advise the Company on
strategic options to raise new finance for undertaking acquisitions, primarily
in the USA. As previously announced, the options under consideration will
include a greater private equity involvement in the ownership structure of the
Company, which may include taking the business private. However, there can be
no certainty that any offer for the Company will be made.

Effective 1st July 2005, Lee Godfrey, an Executive Director and currently Chief
Operating Officer for Europe, is appointed Chief Operating Officer of WILink
plc with global responsibility for sales and operations, reporting to Patrick
Galleher, Chief Executive Officer. This appointment is one of a number planned
to establish an integrated global organisation better equipped to maximise
sales, marketing and product development opportunities across core geographic
and product markets.

The web events business continues to perform very strongly, with revenues in
excess of double the equivalent period last year. PrecisionIR revenues are
currently behind prior year and expectations owing to weaker investor sentiment
than anticipated. As already announced, the planned additional investment in
sales and marketing is expected to adversely affect first half and full year
profitability compared to the previous year.
