                Statement made by the Chairman at the Company's               
                    Annual General Meeting on 25th May 2005                   

I am pleased to report that VCall, your web events business, is continuing to
perform very strongly, with revenues close to double the equivalent period last
year. PrecisionIR revenues remain steady, although they are currently behind
expectations owing to weaker investor sentiment than anticipated. As already
announced, the planned additional investment in sales and marketing is expected
to adversely affect profitability compared to the previous year.

In our Preliminary Results announcement in March we informed shareholders that
we were examining a number of strategic options to raise new finance, including
a greater involvement of private equity in the ownership structure of the
Company, which may include taking the business private. In this context
discussions are ongoing with several potential financial advisers and providers
of finance in the US and WILink expects to make an announcement regarding an
appointment in the near future.
