Changes to the Board                             

The Board of WILink Plc ('WILink' or 'the Company') today announces changes to
its composition as follows:

  * Patrick Galleher, currently Chief Operating Officer, North America, will be
    appointed Chief Executive Officer.
  
  * Peter Wakeham, currently Chief Executive Officer, will become Executive
    Chairman.
  
  * Nigel Wray, currently Chairman, steps down from that role but will remain a
    non-executive director.
  
These changes become effective 1st April 2005.

James Patrick Galleher, aged 31, has been Chief Operating Officer, North
America, since January 2000 and was appointed to the Board in January 2004. He
has been instrumental in the development of the PrecisionIR range and more
recently has lead the development of our fast growing web events business.
There are no other matters to be disclosed in respect of Patrick under Schedule
2(f) of the AIM rules.

Commenting on the Board changes, Nigel Wray, said:

'These changes recognise the new direction the Company is taking in developing
its strategy from the single focus of serving the investor relations market to
the broader remit of becoming a leading online communications company with a
strong and growing presence in web events serving a wider community.

'The strategy requires a deep understanding of the North American market, which
contains exciting prospects for the future of WILink. In Patrick Galleher we
are fortunate to have someone who has that knowledge. He will continue to
benefit from the guidance and advice of Peter Wakeham. I have stepped down from
my role as Chairman as I firmly believe that in Peter and Patrick we have a
powerful team to provide us with real leadership to take us forward.'

Peter Wakeham added:

'Nigel's role as a wise counsellor and strong supporter of the Company's
activities is much appreciated by the Board and staff of WILink. We are
delighted he has agreed to remain on the Board as a non-executive director so
that we continue to benefit from his advice.'
