Directors' shareholdings

WILink announces that on Friday 28 January 2005, Hill Samuel Offshore Trust
Company Limited acting in its capacity as the trustee of the WILink plc General
Employee Benefit Trust granted reversionary interests in the assets of the
WILink plc General Employee Benefit Trust which comprise ordinary shares of 80p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Philip Cole, Chief Financial
Officer, and Lee Godfrey, Chief Operating Officer, Europe, both Executive
Directors of the Company. These reversionary interests will track the value of
75,000 and 50,000 Shares respectively, and will vest from 28 January 2008 at a
price of 257.5p per share, subject to a share price performance condition that
requires 15% compound annual growth in total shareholder return.

Patrick Galleher, Chief Operating Officer, North America, and an Executive
Director of the Company, also received options over 100,000 Shares with
identical performance conditions.

The Board believes that by providing strong incentives for exceptional
performance all shareholders will benefit in the event that these targets are
reached.
