WILink plc ('WILink' or 'the Company')

WILink hereby notifies that on Friday 28 January 2005 the WILink Plc Deferred
Compensation Plan Trust purchased 7,000 ordinary shares of 80p each ('Shares')
in an off-market transaction at 257.5p per share, for the pension fund of
Patrick Galleher, an Executive Director of the Company.

This acquisition represents 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital and
increases Mr Galleher's total beneficial holding in the company to 93,275
Shares. This represents 1.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
