McCallum joins WILink from Bombardier Transportation

London – 22 November 2004 – – WILink Ltd. (LSE: WLK), a leading provider of investor relations services, announced today the appointment of Annie McCallum as People Director leading the development and implementation of global HR strategy to support international business growth objectives. 

McCallum joins WILink from Bombardier Transportation, a global provider of transportation services, where she held the position of International HR Director within the Rail Control Solutions high tech division.  Prior to this, Annie worked within the Sales and Marketing division of a global electronics manufacturer, AVX Limited, as their European HR Manager.

Annie’s principal role will be to maximize the contributions and talents of people working at WILink. She will also actively develop people initiatives to support the global strategy of leveraging IR strength in non IR segments by investing in additional sales, marketing and technology resources to accelerate expansion of the rapidly growing Vcall webcasting business into new communications segments.

McCallum’s appointment is at an opportune time with WILink’s recent acquisition of Communicast Inc., a leading web conferencing and webcasting provider.  All current employees of Communicast will be joining Vcall and be involved with the new combined offering.  Annie’s international expertise will be beneficial in integrating the two companies.
