Client Sales
Job Purpose
Management of client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term participation in the service. Sell additional products and services to expand client participation in full range of program.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and continued participation in PrecisionIR services (www.precisionir.com)
- Sell new services to existing clients (upgrade service level)
- Respond effectively to client inquiries/requests
- Track and report client contact activities within Goldmine
- Travel to clients and industry events as required
- Maintain accurate client records

- % client retention
- Revenue per client
- % of clients conatced per quarter
- % of client’s satisfied
- % of client’s participating in more than 1 service
