Client Sales

Job Purpose
Management of client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term participation in the service. Sell additional products and services to expand client participation in full range of program.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and continued participation in PrecisionIR services (www.precisionir.com)
  • Sell new services to existing clients (upgrade service level)
  • Respond effectively to client inquiries/requests
  • Track and report client contact activities within Goldmine
  • Travel to clients and industry events as required
  • Maintain accurate client records

  1. % client retention
  2. Revenue per client
  3. % of clients conatced per quarter
  4. % of client’s satisfied
  5. % of client’s participating in more than 1 service
