PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITES
- Through regular client visits, maximise Client revenue
- Demonstrate value
- increase exposure
- resell where required – paid for standard rate fees
- resell where required – paid-for investor introductions
- upsell webasting, web conferencing, interactive reports and other WIL products.
- upsell Virtual IRO
- Maximise retention of existing Clients
- Attend various individual and team meetings to enhance performance and to clarify goals and priorities
- Maintaining Investor Relations knowledge and understanding of IR practices as well as history and background of target companies
- Report results to line management, keep accurate Goldmine client records
- Must have an interest in financial esp. stock market
- Proven track within a telephone sales and field-based environment
- Self driven and self directed
- Good project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement new programmes
- Confident to deal at board level
- Must be a team player
Internal: Sales Executives, other Internal Departments, Senior Management Team, COO
External: board level contacts within listed companies.

- Net Client Base
- New Product Revenue
- Client Satisfaction
- Sales information and analysis
- Sales data accuracy
- Regularity of client visits (minimum 6 meetings per week)
