Pension Plan
All associates are eligible to participate in WILink Ltd's retirement plan after 3 months of service.  Associates enjoy a 50% company match up to 6%. 

Permanent Health Insurance
Associates are eligible for permanent health insurance from the first day of employment.  should an associate fall ill for 6 months continuously, insurance will pay 75% of salary for remainder of period of illness to max age of 65 years. 

Life Assurance
WILink Ltd funds the cost of insuring the life of the associate for a sum of 4 times base salary from the first day of employment up to the age of 65 years.  A tax-free lump sum is paid to a person named by the associate in the event of the associate's death. 

Private Health Cover
All associates with 6 months of service are eligible for private health cover benefits.  WILink Ltd will pay up to £150 per month to provide private health fund membership for the associate. The associate may pay for family members to join at preferential rates.  

Annual Leave
All associates are eligible for 20 days for annual leave upon joining WILink Ltd.  After 2 years of service, associates are awarded an additional 2 days of annual leave per calendar year, then an additional 1 day per year up to a maximum of 25 days of annual leave. 

Public Holiday
WILink Ltd observes 8 public holidays per calendar year.  Associates are eligible for public holiday pay from the first day of employment. 

Long Term Disability Insurance
Associates under 65 years are automatically included in World Investor Link's income replacement scheme from the date of joining.  Associates are covered for 75% of their basic salary after 6 months disablement until age 65.
